Our campaign started over 5 years ago by Claire Fry who at this time was a resident of Lanercost Way
Trying to start a scheme or to keep interest in a scheme is always a major task as many people shy away from the everyday running even if deep down they do have their areas best intrest at heart.
 I was one of those residents who was approached by Claire to help out.
Like many i was not sure if i wanted to get involved but decided someone was making an effort so decided  to give it a go.
When Claire moved away i was left to carry on and with the help of my wife i still continue as a
 co-ordinator.
I have also received the support of resident Lee Alexander by way of  attending recent network meetings and he  has often offered a small financial assistance when needed to purchase office essentials.
We are always looking for  other co-ordinators to help in any way they can,so if you are a Lanercost Way resident we would welcome you with open arms.
